High Tide Social House

Alden Builds is helping bring a new elevated outdoor bar to life at High Tide Social House in Tarpon Point. Designed to expand the venue’s gathering space and take advantage of its waterfront setting, the project is being completed in collaboration with Big Palms Construction (taking the lead).

As construction continues, Alden Builds’ next phase includes the installation of a wheelchair lift, helping make the new elevated space accessible for everyone. From structural progress to the finishing details, we’re proud to be part of creating a new waterfront experience in Cape Coral.
