Project Update: High Tide Social House's New Elevated Bar Is Taking Shape

Exciting progress is happening at High Tide Social House in Tarpon Point, where construction continues on a brand-new elevated bar designed to enhance one of Cape Coral's premier waterfront destinations.

Working in collaboration with Big Palms Construction, the Alden Builds team is bringing this exciting addition to life with the same commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and precision that every project deserves. Located directly adjacent to the existing High Tide Social House building, the elevated bar will create an inviting gathering space where guests can enjoy the waterfront atmosphere while expanding the venue's capacity and overall experience.

Progress Update

Construction has reached another major milestone.

The tie beam has officially been poured, providing the structural foundation needed for the next phase of the build. With this milestone complete, the project is now ready for the installation of the floor trusses, bringing the elevated structure one step closer to taking shape.

Every completed phase represents careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and close coordination between the project teams to keep construction moving efficiently.
